Pour un traitement efficace de votre incident, veillez à nous fournir le plus d'informations précises et suivre les recommandations suivantes :

3. Fournir des horodatages des problèmes constatés et des étapes.
4. Fournir une cinématique ou scénario de l'occurrence du problème reproductible.
5. Décrire le contexte et comportement avant et après incident.
6. Indiquer si le problème a été ponctuel, persistant, en cours ou résolu.
7. Indiquer si une modification de configuration prévue ou non-prévue a été réalisée.
8. Fournir des captures d'écran du problème si possible.
